I have added a
training log for those of us that like to workout. When you log in the link to it shows up in your menu. It's
private so only you can see your entries. We need to stay in shape for life and for music. The hard part is getting started, here is a trick I use; do 1 push up then 1 sit up, 1 squat then kick the heavy bag 1 time with each leg. That wasn't so bad. now do 2 push ups,and 2 sit ups, 2 squats and kick the bag twice with each leg. Work your way up to 20. You will have done 210 push ups 210 sit ups ,210 squats and kicked the bag 420 times. Now your warmed up so on to the main workout :). Don't forget to stretch
( and consult a doctor before engaging in any exercise program) oh you can also use it to track your practice time as well
